Ils dégagent TheBikeBus.fr et Emily Horridge de toute responsabilité en cas d’accident quel qu’il soit survenu lors d’un journée navette avec ou sans guide, et des éventuels problèmes de santé consécutifs. | | The participants are aware that mountain biking is a dangerous sport, they agree risks and undertake to ride carefully, according to their physical and technical capacities. | Les Trips/Séjours à la carte sont organisés et budgétisés spécifiquement sur la base d’un nombre précis de participants. Par conséquent, toute annulation impacte directement l’équilibre budgétaire du trip/séjour. A ce titre, les conditions de remboursement indiquées en 6.2. ne s’appliquent pas telles quelles aux Trips/Séjours à la carte. Dès lors, en cas d’annulation d’un participant, 3 options sont proposées : | | A bespoke tour is organized and budgeted specifically on the basis of a specific number of participants. Consequently, any cancellation directly impacts the budget balance of the trip/stay. This means that the reimbursement conditions indicated in 6.2 do not apply to a bespoke tour. Therefore, in case of cancellation by a participant, 3 options are proposed: |
